Oil & Gas
The Energy sector is one of the most important and demanding industries in the world today. With assets spread around the globe and requiring minimal downtime, O&G producers need dependable access to remote asset performance and control.
Improve Production
Be sure your compressors and pumps are operating at peak efficiency to produce every BOE available.
Decrease Downtime
Keep your machines in the field and out of the shop. Get real-time, remote visibility into asset health through Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC’s), detailed maintenance requirements and access to historical maintenance data.
Minimize Losses
Guard against unauthorized usage and theft by using GPS location, geofences, and real-time alerts.
Equipment Utilization
Monitor and report equipment idle and run time for each job site. Summarize job site utilization by day, by week, and by total job.
Maintenance
Create asset-specific maintenance plans and schedules that cover all required maintenance for an asset's useful life. Abandon outdated data collection methods, such as manually tracked hours of use logs. Instead, capture actual engine hours harvested directly from your fleet.
Integration
Temeda’s comprehensive API suite allows external data to be consumed by Temeda and 3rd-party software applications such as dispatch, scheduling, work order management, and corporate ERP systems.
Industry-Specific Solutions
We create industry-specific solutions to meet your unique business needs. Include hardware, ERP integrations, dashboards, reports, alerts, and anything else you envision.
Project Example:
Oil & Gas Customer
Before an oil well can extract oil or gas, O&G firms, or their contractors, engage in a lengthy site preparation process that includes not only clearing the site and placing the pad but also drilling and securing the well itself.
Firms engaged in fracking (injecting pressurized liquid into subterranean boreholes to open existing fissures and extract oil or gas), face an especially tough challenge. The wells must not only travel deep into the earth but also move horizontally, sometimes for miles, to reach the resource.
